Refund Policy
There shall be no refund of the enrollment fees paid by Users. If a User chooses to deactivate their account or if Tradecraft Prime suspends or deactivates the account, the enrollment fee shall not be refundable.

Users are provided an opportunity to clarify all doubts prior to enrollment and receive support before the program begins. Therefore, Tradecraft Prime follows a strict no-refund policy.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, user interfaces, designs, and proprietary content on the Website belong to Tradecraft Prime. Third-party trademarks and content are owned by their respective owners.
Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in legal action.
Tradecraft Prime is not responsible for reviews, comments, or feedback posted on third-party platforms displayed on the Website.
User-Generated Strategies (Special Note)
Any strategies, models, or systems developed by users on the platform shall remain the intellectual property of the user. Tradecraft Prime does not claim ownership of such strategy codes.

- Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future rights
Invoice & GST Changes
Requests for invoice or GST-related changes must be submitted within 7 working days from the invoice date or payment date, whichever is earlier.
